Asset Manager, Industrial Portfolio

The Asset Manager will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of an industrial property portfolio, including budgeting, leasing strategy, capital planning, and investor reporting. You'll partner closely with property management, leasing, and acquisitions teams to drive value creation at every stage of the hold period.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual budgets and business plans for each asset
• Monitor property performance and identify opportunities to increase NOI
• Oversee leasing strategy and capital improvement projects
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting for ownership and investors
