Commercial Real Estate Development Manager

We're seeking a Development Manager to oversee commercial real estate projects from acquisition through delivery. You'll manage entitlements, budgets, contractor relationships, and investor reporting across mixed use and multifamily assets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast moving markets, balances long term vision with day to day execution, and is energized by building something that didn't exist before.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site selection, due diligence, and entitlement processes for new development projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contractor and consultant relationships
• Prepare investor and stakeholder reporting throughout the development lifecycle
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipalities to keep projects on track
